Frequently asked questions

1)  How many photographs do you take on the day?
We generally take between 800-1000 images during the whole day, 400-500 which will be presented onto a CD. These images will be unedited, low resolution size, for you to view and make your selection.

2)  Do you take any formal photographs?
Yes, we generally like to keep a low profile during the day and so recommend that a small number of family shots are taken.  We welcome any requests so if there are particular shots you have in mind we can carry these out for you.

3)  What do you charge and what is included in the price?
We have different packages available (see from our services page). We are willing to customize each package accordingly to specific needs that may arise. Please note that each package differs in the quantity of services offered and not in the quality of our photographs as our customer service will be kept at our best.

4)  Do you charge extra for re-prints?
When we provide the DVD with the full size image files you obtain the right to have your prints and re-prints done by any lab. However if you require us to provide you with any prints/re-prints that exceed the number of the ones provided in your package they will be charged at our standard fee.

5)  Who will take our photographs?
Hugh and Marta will take care of every photographic aspect of your wedding, starting from your consultation until the delivery of your photographs. Should a double booking date arise or any emergency where Hugh and/or Marta will not be able to cover your wedding day they will provide with another team of best known and experienced photographers equally skilled and committed.

6)  What kind of albums can we order?
You can order any of the albums that are available on our website. On our album page we have 14 traditional premium quality albums imported from G. Bandinelli, which is well known for its quality handcrafted albums all over the country. If you choose the wedding photo book you will still be able to choose from 10 stunning covers, some made in premium leather, some others by using more contemporary materials. Each album of your choice is included in our package at no extra fee.

7) Are you willing to travel to cover our wedding and if so how much will you charge?
Yes, we will be happy to travel as far as you require at a very low covering fee. Mileage is free for weddings taking place within London, UK M25 boundaries or 20 miles radius from Genova, Italy, where our other office is based. For weddings taking place outside those location an extra fee will be charged depending on the location of your wedding.

8)  Do you cover weddings all year round?
 We will cover weddings held during any time of year.

10)  Can you produce canvas wall hangings from our photographs?
Yes, canvas wall hangings of various sizes can be produced on request.

11)  Can we meet you before the wedding to discuss our requirements?
It is beneficial for us to meet you for a consultation before the wedding.  This helps us to get to know you and as a result get you looking at your best during your special day.  It is important for you to discuss what type of photographs you really like and we will need details of how you plan the day to unfold.  Ideally we would like to see the venues too but we understand this is not always possible.
